To register and maintain an active Account on PAV88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. PAV88 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gaming activities on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated by PAV88.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of PAV88 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• You are not accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the PAV88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a valid and exclusively used email address, your Malaysian mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. PAV88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. PAV88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. PAV88 may request a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the submitted ID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or Account restrictions.

PAV88 supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfers to and from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are also accepted.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and payment method — refer to the Platform's Cashier section for current limits.

Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day for amounts within standard tier limits. PAV88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be remitted to payment methods previously used to fund the account or verified payment methods registered under the account holder's name.

All account balances, transactions, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise expressly stated. PAV88 is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

PAV88 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 depending on loyalty tier), and a referal programme (MYR 38 per successful referral). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement these Terms and prevail in the event of conflict.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Account holder to whom they were granted.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• PAV88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to Users who have already accepted and begun meeting the conditions of an active offer.
• Bonuses obtained through abusive practices, collusion, or exploitation of lopholes will be voided and associated winings forfeited.
• Birthday bonuses require account verification to be completed a minimum of 30 days prior to the registered date of birth.
• Referral bonuses are credited only upon the referred friend completing their first qualifying deposit. Self-referral is strictly prohibited.

All games available on the PAV88 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified and represent theoretical long-term statistical returns — they are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server disruption, or any other error during game play that affects the integrity of a round, PAV88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the User's account balance. Winings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

For sports betting markets, all results are determined in accordance with the official result published by the relevant sporting governing body (e.g., Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC). PAV88's settlement decision on disputed results shall be final subject to the review process outlined in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PAV88 Platform. PAV88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities and to forfeit all associated balances:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform to process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Abusing chargeback processes or initiating fraudulent payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

PAV88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help our players maintain control over their gaming activity. We strictly enforce a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Users.

PAV88 offers the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session Timers: Configure session duration alerts to remind you to take breaks.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing time spent and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days, 90 days, 6 months,1 year) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gambling without full self-exclusion.

All content on the PAV88 Platform — including but not limited to the PAV88 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PAV88 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written consent from PAV88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAV88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

PAV88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PAV88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Platform or any feature thereof at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or any other reason.

PAV88 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address registered to their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through PAV88's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team at [email protected].

PAV88 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by PAV88 from time to time.
